Reserve a table
A table puts your pharmacy, business, school, or organization in front of healthcare professionals and community members. Selling is allowed under the vendor rules below.

Early-bird pricing through December 15, 2026. After that, pricing changes based on availability. Each vendor table is one 6-foot table with two chairs.
Who we’re inviting
Independent and chain pharmacies, pharmaceutical representatives, hospital pharmacy departments, PBM and pharmacy management organizations, physician offices, professional and student pharmacy organizations, schools and colleges, community health organizations, and local businesses.
You will be listed
Every confirmed vendor and exhibitor is listed by name in the Vendor & Exhibitor Directory, in the event booklet and on the event page. The directory is text-only and grouped by category. Logos, ads, stage time, and MC recognition are sponsor benefits. A vendor who wants that visibility can move up to a sponsorship at any time before the deadline.

Sponsors keep admission free for everyone and support HAPA’s community health education and pharmacy scholarships. Choose “Sponsorship” on the form and pick your level — HAPA confirms availability and sends your agreement and invoice.

Every sponsorship includes two 6-foot tables (12 feet total), MC recognition, and free admission. Exhibit footprints are coordinated with HAPA. Build-out, tenting, power, and furnishings are not included unless agreed in writing. Billboard recognition depends on HAPA securing placement. HAPA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, EIN 82-3447000; sponsorships are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Custom packages are welcome — email us.
Vendor rules
Selling is welcome — within a few simple rules
Every vendor and sponsor agrees to these guidelines when they register.
Welcome at your table
- Selling legal, family-appropriate products and services
- Displays, demonstrations, samples, and giveaways
- Appointment booking, consultations, and sign-up forms
- Recruiting for jobs, internships, and school programs
Not permitted
- Dispensing prescription medications or providing medical treatment
- Alcohol, tobacco, vaping, or cannabis products
- MLM recruitment as a primary activity
Also good to know
- Vendors handle their own payments and any sales tax
- Food or drink sales need HAPA and venue approval in advance, plus any required permits
- Proof of insurance is required if you bring equipment or food
- HAPA may photograph the event and may remove any vendor that does not follow these guidelines

How it works
Four simple steps
1. Register
Choose a vendor table or a sponsorship on the short form. No payment is taken online.
2. HAPA reviews
We confirm your space and reply within a few business days.
3. Invoice
You receive your invoice (and sponsorship agreement, if sponsoring) with payment instructions.
4. Final details
Before the event you receive your location, load-in time, and a day-of contact.
